Lessing’s has been serving great food and drink to Long Islanders for generations.  The company’s seven restaurants wanted to reach out to its customers to encourage ongoing and repeat patronage.

Results:

The Lessings’ Customer Loyalty Program successfully offered customers a chance to receive discounted meals and other specials through the program and gave the restaurants much needed repeat business throughout the year.  The program also allowed the restaurants to collect important data from customers such as contact information, customer habits and other useful marketing tools.
