We are always talking about “Connecting” with your customer. How important it is to go beyond the traditional messaging and make an impact that lasts… Here’s a great example of a company doing just that.
American Airlines is promoting it’s relationship with military personnel in a way that really makes you say; “wow, they really care.”
Patriotism is something that will impact the purchasing decisions of consumers. American Airlines knows that and makes a deep, emotional connection with it’s audience. I am sure they will see the results of this “connection” in their bottom line…
